Winter Stations Woodbine Beach March 14th sunrise

Saturday March 14, 2020  

We will be going to Woodbine Beach to photograph the Winter Stations as the sun rises. We will meet at 7:15 am  at the first winter station which is the area of 1867 Lakeshore Blvd E. Toronto visible from the south of Donald Summerville Swimming Pool.    Free parking available at the Tim Horton’s 1681 Lakeshore Rd East.     Depending on the weather we also photograph Ducks, dogs , ice formations in nearby Ashbridges Bay.     See some recent shots I took

The next outing will be on Saturday November 9th.  We will be going to  Underpass Park, which is at 29 Lower River Street, Toronto.    We will meet at the Park at 6 pm. and shoot to around 8 pm.  There is limited free parking on site and metered parking on the street.    The outing will be led by Steve Dunn and Anthony George and will be setting up on how to use a speed light for better photographs.

The Beach Photo Club will be holding its first outing on Sunday, September 15 to the Toronto Music Garden. The outing will be led by Steve Dunn, the Clubs Outings Co-ordinator. 

We’ll meet at 2:00 p.m. outside the Power Plant Gallery at 231 Queens Quay West and from there, we’ll walk over to the Music Garden at 479 Queens Quay West.


At 4:00 p.m. we can enjoy a free concert. Kate Bennet Wadsworth will be perforning Bach’s Suite No. 5 in C Minor for Unaccompanied Cello.  Please RSVP if you attend
